Scholarship Prep’s Before and After School Program is offered free of charge to students currently enrolled at our schools.

After-School Program Hours
The program will follow the regular school year calendar during the following hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm
- Fridays: 12:15 pm to 6:00 pm
Register for the After-School Program
Complete the Arc Registration Form. Submit one form per student. An ARC staff member will confirm enrollment.
Pick-Up Locations and Requirements
Parents and guardians must have their ID with them every day for pickup. Please note that only listed emergency contacts will otherwise be allowed to pick up your student.
Leveled-Up LEARNING
We take pride in providing a safe space where your student will have the opportunity to receive academic support and thrive in a variety of engaging enrichment activities designed to motivate and inspire!
Clubs and Teams
Scholarship Prep’s after-school clubs are where Scholars explore their passions and discover new skills! From basketball, esports, and dance to music lab and drum line, there’s a space for every interest. Clubs provide a lively extension of each school day!
Academic Support
Scholars receive free academic support, including homework help and skill-building activities, to strengthen their learning and boost confidence. It’s all about empowering students to succeed, with resources tailored to help them master essential academic skills.
Seasonal Enrichment
The Intercession Program offers seasonal enrichment during select days over summer, fall, and winter breaks. With fun activities and exciting field trips, Scholars stay engaged and explore new interests—making breaks a time for both learning and unforgettable experiences!
Intersession Dates
Intersession is an opportunity for Scholarship Prep students to engage in enriching educational activities while making unforgettable memories during our academic year breaks.
Our ELO Manager and Arc will provide registration details as these dates approach.
2026-2027 Intersessions will take place between 8am - 5pm on the following dates:
- Inservice/Non-School Day Intersessions: September 4, September 21, March 31.
- Winter Intersession: January 4th-8th
- Spring Intersession: March 22-26
- Summer Intersession: June 7th-30th (Mondays through Fridays. Please note: Intersession will not be held on Friday, June 18)

This programming was an extension of Scholarship Prep’s after-school program, offering students a safe, familiar place to eat nutritious meals, learn, play, and stay connected while school was not in session. Activities included hands-on learning, games, and enrichment led by adults students already knew and trusted.

Throughout the year, our free after-school programs and seasonal intersession camps offer Scholars a safe, fun, and educational environment where curiosity is encouraged, friendships are formed, and families can rest easy knowing their children are cared for.
