With this funding, Scholarship Prep will continue to enhance our community school model, focusing on daily social-emotional learning, trauma-informed education, as well as family and stakeholder engagement.

From dance and music production to choir, drumline, esports, bucket drumming, jazz, piano, and even cosmetology, students participate in a diverse range of activities that ignite creativity and foster teamwork.

We're reflecting on National School Counseling Week with pride in recognizing our team's standout contributions at the Orange County Department of Education Counselor Symposium! Their insights on integrating group counseling into homework clubs and fostering academic leadership are shaping the future of student success.

Intersessions play a vital role in the holistic development of our students. By stepping outside the confines of the traditional classroom, students have the opportunity to explore new interests, develop critical skills, and form lasting friendships.

Thanks to the Student Services department, School Counselors, staff, and volunteers, Scholarship Prep Orange County and Oceanside were transformed into winter wonderlands with many entertaining crafts, snacks, and activities that kept our campus jumpin' throughout the event.

CCSA has applauded the efforts of Scholarship Prep Orange County for successfully meeting the essential needs of our students experiencing homelessness while also ensuring these students are progressing academically.

As part of our back-to-school preparations, Scholarship Prep’s Student Services team distributed back-to-school kits to more than 200 students and their families who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
