Mrs. Arlene Contreras is the Office Manager for Scholarship Prep - South Bay. Mrs. Contreras has previously served as the Student Outreach Coordinator for Scholarship Prep - Santa Ana.  Before coming to Scholarship Prep, she worked with Senator Gloria Romero (Ret.) for the California Center for Parent Empowerment, where she was a Parent Organizer, assisting parents in using the Open Enrollment Act. Previously, she worked for the Downey School District as the after-school program coordinator and instructor. She attended California State University, Los Angeles, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology while working as a tutor for grades K-12.
