Scholarship Prep South Bay Educational Learning Opportunities Program In Partnership with Arc

Scholarship Prep’s After School Program is offered free of charge to students currently enrolled at Scholarship Prep South Bay. Registration is required and enrollment is dependent upon available space. Our program provides a challenging and innovative learning environment and offers a robust number of clubs and experiences.

We take pride in providing a safe space where your student will have the opportunity to receive academic support and thrive in a variety of engaging student-led enrichment activities.

After-School Program Hours

The program will follow the regular school year calendar during the following hours:

Monday - Thursday: 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm
Fridays: 12:15 pm to 6:00 pm

Register for the After-School Program

Complete the Arc Registration Form: Registration Link. Submit one form per student. An ARC staff member will confirm enrollment

Pick-Up Locations and Requirements

General Requirements:

Parents and guardians must have their I.D. with them every day for pick-up. Please note that only listed emergency contacts will otherwise be allowed to pick up your student.

Intercession Dates

Intercession is an opportunity for Scholarship Prep students to engage in enriching educational activities while making unforgettable memories during our academic year breaks. Our ELO Manager and Arc will provide registration details as these dates approach.

Intercession will take place between 8 am-5 pm on the following dates:

Fall Intercession: November 25th-27th
Winter Intercession: December 16th-20th
Spring Intercession: April 14th-18th
Summer Intercession: June 9th-30th
